Produced in Seki, Japan, knives in the Miyabi Evolution line come with an ergonomic triple-rivet handle, carbide FC61 steel, and an ice-hardened FRIODURx2 corrosion resistant blade. Zwilling really hits it out of the park with their Seki-produced knives, and they certainly did not miss on their Miyabi Evolution line.
