As with all of Zwilling’s Miyabi lines, the Miyabi Evolution blades combine German engineering expertise with Japanese culture to create an incredibly sharp and amazingly durable kitchen knife. Produced in Seki, Japan, knives in the Miyabi Evolution line come with an ergonomic triple-rivet handle, carbide FC61 steel, and an ice-hardened FRIODURx2 corrosion resistant blade. Zwilling really hits it out of the park with their Seki-produced knives, and they certainly did not miss on their Miyabi Evolution line.
