The Shun Classic series is a line of incredible well-made cutlery knives out of Japan. Featuring D-shaped ebony black PakkaWood handles, these knives are comfortable in-hand as well as ambidextrous. The blades on the Classic series are a strong full composite tang VG-Max core featuring 34 layers of stainless Damascus cladding on either side, helping with food release, strength, and corrosion resistance. Truly, you cannot go wrong with any piece from the Shun Classic Line.

The Boning knife is great for high precision close to the bone cuts when breaking down a large piece of meat. From skinning to portioning out larger pieces, the narrow blade makes slicing and dicing simple again.
