This is a Leek with an Acid wash that creates a "warn-look" or Black-Oxide BlackWash on both the blade and handle. The blade shape offers both excellent slicing and piercing capabilities and the high-performance 14C28N stainless blade steel offers corrosion resistance and hardness.
