The Medford On Belay is big. Without sacrificing too much pocket space and weight, as the knife is surprisingly light and thin compared to its overall size, the On Belay is one of the most “carryable” knives over 9” long. With a fully-titanium handle featuring an incredibly strong and resilient frame lock, the On Belay is easy to use and a joy to carry. The overgrown thumb hole in the blade makes for easy one-hand opening, ambidextrously. A perfectly placed finger groove on the face side of the handle, just under the pivot screw, makes the On Belay even more comfortable to use. The Medford On Belay models also feature a glass breaker with a built-in lanyard hole.

This model Medford On Belay comes with silver-finished flats over a blue anodized titanium handle. The result is a fully blue anodized spine and internals paired with a stunning silver presence. The strong CPM S35VN drop point blade comes tumbled on this model, with an enlarged thumb hole for opening. The hardware on this knife is all flamed to give it some extra flair, while the tip-up pocket clip is both flamed and brushed. Needless to say, this thing is stunning, and extremely rugged.
